All aspects of your wedding planning are handled by us- from sourcing the perfect venue to curating an outstanding team of quality vendors and delivering a custom design. Whether it's overseeing production, planning, or styling, we handle it all. Throughout the process, we'll be committed to you and manage anything and everything that comes our way!

+ Unlimited email correspondence + scheduled phone calls from the time of booking
+ Up to 6 in person/virtual meetings, which can include:
    1. Onboarding Meeting
    2. Venue tours
    3. Design Meeting
    4. Floral + Rentals Mockup
    5. Venue Walkthrough + Timeline Overview
+ Assistance finding and booking your dream venue [3 venue visits max]
+ Establish an overall theme, color combinations, and design concepts
+ Access to online client portal
+ Correspondence with a curated list of vendors
+ Secure, book, + manage all vendors
+ Curate a well-organized day-of wedding timeline
+ Curate a venue layout in accordance with your venue 
+ Day of wedding styling + management
+ Attendance + coordination of ceremony rehearsal [1 hour]
+ Distribution of all final vendor payments + gratuities
+ Use of wedding day emergency kit [everything you can think of]

Styling + DESIGN

Style and design are the visual aesthetic of the way everything looks and feels at an event. From the small details in signage, to statement floral pieces, we make sure everything is aesthetically pleasing to the eye while being cohesive all around. To begin the process, we complete our Design Questionnaire to learn more about you, your fiancé, and tell your story in a meaningful way. We source the perfect vendors who fit your style and budget to make the vision come to life. The design process is spearheaded by us, but we work together with our design vendors to execute the perfect vision.

+ Design consultation from HE+D creative director
+ Unlimited email correspondence regarding design elements from the time of booking
+  4 in person meetings, which include:
    1. Design Meeting
    2. Venue Tour
    3. Floral Design Meeting
    4. Rental Design Meeting
    5. Final Mock Up Meeting [OPTIONAL]
+ Implementation of full design + concept 
+ Access to online client portal
+ Complete color scheme and unique styling ideas
+ Personalized design deck
+ Full venue floor plan
+ Selecting and booking all design-based vendors from our preferred vendor list
+ Provide any other vendor recommendations as needed
+ Communication, design and management with all design-based vendors.
+ Complete set-up and tear down of all decor and design elements on the day-of
+ Creation of custom wedding elements [wedding logo, dance floor, signage, paper goods]

The pricing structure is determined by factors such as your event's location, the number of guests, and the logistical requirements specific to your event.

EVENT MANAGEMENT 

Day of coordination or month of - it's all the same, event management. You've booked all of your vendors, you've got the design under check, but you need help executing your day. This includes a full coordination team, day of wedding timeline, venue layout, ceremony rehearsal attendance, month of vendor management and more. 

+ Assigned to a HE+D, associate planner who is experienced, professional and well versed in executing your special day
+ Unlimited email correspondence + scheduled phone calls from the time of booking
+ One in-person/virtual meeting, which can include:
    1. Venue tour
    2. Final vendor meetings
+ Reviewing all vendor contracts and setting up payments reminders
+ Access to online client portal
+ Curate a well-organized day-of wedding timeline
+ Curate a venue layout in accordance with your venue 
+ Access to our preferred vendor list  
+ Confirm arrival times + setup/breakdown times with all vendors
+ Communicate all final details to all vendors and take over all communication 30 days prior to event date. 
+ Attendance + coordination of ceremony rehearsal [1 hour]
+ Placement of detailed items [welcome sign, place cards, light candles]
+ Distribution of all final vendor payments + gratuities
+ Use of wedding day emergency kit [everything you can think of]
