Whether it's overseeing production, planning, or styling, we handle it all. Throughout the process, we'll be committed to you and manage anything and everything that comes our way!

+ Structured to-do lists crafted to maintain momentum and ensure efficient progress
+ Regular check-ins [monthly or quarterly, based on your event timeframe]
+ Budget guide provided after our onboard meeting
+ Onboarding meeting to review event details, follow instructions, and establish key due dates
+ Assistance finding and booking your dream venue [3 venue visits max]
+ Establish an overall theme, color combinations, and design concepts
+ Access to online client portal
+ Correspondence with a curated list of vendors
+ Research, secure, book, + manage all vendors
+ Curate a well-organized day-of wedding timeline
+ Curate a venue layout in accordance with your venue 
+ Planning and design support for your rehearsal dinner
+ Assistance and management for your bridal portrait session
+ Day-of wedding styling and comprehensive management, including setup and breakdown, to ensure everything runs smoothly
+ Research and assist with hotel accommodations and travel arrangements, if applicable.
+ Coordinate and manage invitations along with guest RSVP tracking and responses.
+ Full wedding day coordination and execution with a team of professional and experienced HE+D members

PARTIAL PLANNING

Once you've booked your VIP vendors, we take the reins in communication and handle all the details. Our partial planning service focuses on design and décor, refining your vision, selecting vendors that match your style, and ensuring a cohesive look. You provide input through our Design Questionnaire and make key decisions, while we lead the execution, manage setup, and oversee everything to ensure your event looks stunning and runs seamlessly.

+ Design consultation from HE+D creative director
+ Unlimited email correspondence regarding design elements from the time of booking
+  4 in person meetings, which include:
    1. Design Meeting
    2. Venue Tour
    3. Floral Design Meeting
    4. Rental Design Meeting
    5. Final Mock Up Meeting [OPTIONAL]
+ Implementation of full design + concept 
+ Complete color scheme and unique styling ideas
+ Creation of personalized design deck/visual mock ups
+ Curate a venue layout in accordance with your venue 
+ Selecting and booking all design-focused vendors from our curated preferred vendor list, or researching additional vendors that align with our design vision and uphold our high standards.
+ Provide any other vendor recommendations as needed
+ Communication, design and management with all design-based vendors.
+ Complete set-up and tear down of all decor and design elements on the day-of
+ Creation of custom wedding elements [wedding logo, dance floor, signage, and paper goods]

PLEASE NOTE: Our pricing structure is based on several factors, including the location of your event, the number of guests, and the specific logistical requirements involved.

Please note that we require a minimum budget of $10,000 for social events and $50,000 for weddings. Additionally, a rush fee will apply to events requiring partial or full production within 90 days of the event date.

EVENT MANAGEMENT 

We begin working the moment you book us, long before the last 30 days leading up to your wedding,  we don’t just try to catch up at the end. We’re your trusted partner throughout the entire planning process, offering ongoing guidance and advice to help you stay stress-free, plan effectively, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day; with monthly check ins to ensure you're on track.

Whether you need full day-of coordination or month-of event management, it’s all the same, we handle the execution from start to finish. You’ve already booked your vendors and nailed down your design, but now you need expert help with day-of setup, creating a detailed wedding timeline, designing the venue layout, attending your ceremony rehearsal, planning and styling your rehearsal dinner, and managing vendors throughout the final weeks. Our team ensures every detail is flawlessly executed so you can relax and truly enjoy your celebration.

+ You will be assigned a HE+D lead planner and an experienced assistants, both professional and highly skilled in executing your special day from the moment we are hired
+ Unlimited email correspondence + scheduled phone calls from the time of booking
+ One in-person/virtual meeting, which can include:
    1. Venue tour
    2. Final vendor meetings
+ Structured to-do lists crafted to maintain momentum and ensure efficient progress
+ Regular check-ins [monthly or quarterly, based on your event timeframe]
+ Budget guide provided after our onboard meeting
+ Onboarding meeting to review event details, follow instructions, and establish key due dates
+ Reviewing all vendor contracts and setting up payments reminders
+ Access to online client portal
+ Curate a well-organized day-of wedding timeline
+ Curate a venue layout in accordance with your venue 
+ Access to our preferred vendor list  
+ Confirm arrival times + setup/breakdown times with all vendors
+ Communicate all final details to all vendors and take over all communication 30 days prior to event date. 
+ Attendance + coordination of ceremony rehearsal [1 hour]
+ Onsite 3 hours prior to start of event
+ Offsite at 11:00 PM (additional hours can be purchased as needed).
+ Conduct a final venue walkthrough with the venue coordinator and a designated family member to confirm no damages have occurred.
+ Ensure all personal and wedding items are retrieved from the suites. 
+ Placement of detailed items [example: welcome sign, favors, place cards, light candles, etc / some limitations]
+ Distribution of all final vendor payments + gratuities
+ Use of wedding day emergency kit [everything you can think of]
